Poseidon Group’s yellowtail products are processed at our own factory within the network, located at Ushibuka in the city of Amakusa in Kyushu. To ensure the quality and safety of the product, our factory is certified by US HACCP and EU HACCP. We procure yellowtails harvested in Nagasaki’s Goto Islands. Because of its strong current, the waters around Goto Islands are known for lean yellowtail with moderate fat level and premium taste and texture.

In addition, to our standard fillets and loins, we also provide processed products such as roasted yellowtail, according to our clients’ needs.
