Poseidon Group International offers cuts of fresh bluefin tuna that meet your needs. We can make a small loin, steak cut, saku for sushi, etc.

The cut fresh tuna is vacuum packed and can be delivered by FedEx to you by chilled.
For business use, it contributes to the less cutting labor and personnel expenses, and for home use, our items are so popular and patronized for home party.

Our bluefin tuna is farmed off Pacific Coast of Ensenada in Baja California, Mexico. After harvested, our ocean-fresh tuna is carefully chilled in raw condition and imported via fully-equipped trucks to the United States, keeping the freshness and quality to a maximum. As the water stays cool there, we are able to deliver a stable quality of delicious tuna throughout the year.

Especially during the summer, while other countries’ tuna farming waters warm up to 77 °F average, water temperature off Ensenada stays below 68 °F. Thus, there is no spawning activity, and our tuna quality becomes amongst the top in the world.
Also, during the summer, sardines off the coast of Ensenada becomes rich in fat, and we feed them to our tuna. As a result, the quality of our tuna becomes even higher.
