Our Australian Beef

For our Australian beef, Poseidon Group International specializes in the Rangers Valley Cross-Bread Wagyu (hybrid of Black Angus and Wagyu) which won gold medals for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2014 at the Australian Wagyu Association (AWA) Beef Competition.

Rangers Valley raises their cattle with the quality and safety of the beef as their top priority and thoroughly implements strict standards.

With the NLIS (National Livestock Identification System), it is now possible to trace the information back to livestock farms in Australia and to guarantee the safety of the meat.

Each cattle is purchased from a selected producer, and each producer must submit a document to ensure that no chemical, antibiotic or growth hormone was used while raising the cattle. In addition, all feed given to cattle is inspected beforehand, with only feed containing no chemical substances being fed to the cattle.

Only with a specially blended vegetarian diet in such a strict environment are the cattle are raised slowly over a long period of time. And these healthy Australian Beef raised in these natural environments become naturally delicious with a perfect blend of red meat and marbling fat.
